End-to-End Management of Estate Authorization and Succession Records

For deceased claimants, we manage the collection and organization of all estate and next-of-kin documentation required to pursue claims on behalf of the estate. This includes obtaining probate filings, letters of administration, death certificates, and any other court-issued or supporting documents necessary to establish legal authority. 

 

We also coordinate with family members, estate representatives, and relevant parties to ensure all required information is accurately gathered and properly documented. Our team tracks outstanding items, follows up as needed, and organizes all materials within the case file to ensure compliance with legal requirements and readiness for attorney review. 

 

Death Certificates 

Obtain certified copies of death certificates from the relevant vital records authority 

Verify that death certificates reflect the correct cause of death and claimant information. 

 

Probate & Estate Documentation 

• Gather Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration issued by the probate court. 
• Obtain copies of the Last Will and Testament where applicable. 
• Request court orders appointing a Personal Representative or Administrator of the Estate. 
• Track probate proceeding status and coordinate with counsel on estate administration needs. 

 

Next of Kin Identification & Documentation 

• Identify all legal next of kin through family records, birth certificates, and marriage certificates. 
• Collect next-of-kin affidavits or declarations as required by applicable law or MDL court orders. 
• Verify relationships and maintain supporting documentation in the case file. 

 

Heirship & Survivorship Records 

• Compile documentation establishing heirship for intestate estates. 
• Collect survivorship evidence where relevant to the applicable cause of action.
